Native Fruits

On various locations on the Gatun Jungle Eco Reserve we have planted small orchards of fruit trees native to the original jungle vegetation of Panama, from rare red bananas to caimito. The trees attract many birds and spectacularly beautiful butterflies.

A few very large mango trees are on the property. Feel free to come and gather mangos during mango season.
